Welcome to Zynito (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using Zynito, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Services Provided

Zynito is a SaaS platform designed for agencies to manage projects, teams, clients, and communication efficiently.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  1. Provide accurate and complete information
  2. Maintain the security of your account credentials
  3. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Zynito operates on a subscription-based model with recurring billing.

  1. Billing is charged on a recurring basis – monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan
  2. Subscription prices are displayed clearly at the time of purchase
  3. Payments are processed securely via Stripe and other third-party payment providers
  4. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

  1. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  2. You will retain full access to the Service until the end of the paid billing period
  3. No further charges will be applied after cancellation is confirmed
  4. Your data will be retained for 30 days post-cancellation and then permanently deleted

We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by applicable law.

6. Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a high-quality service and stand behind our platform.

  1. All payments are non-refundable once processed
  2. No refunds will be issued for partial usage or unused time within a subscription period
  3. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in special circumstances, such as billing errors
  4. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@zynito.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review and resolve billing disputes promptly.

Indian Law Compliance: Refunds and consumer rights under this policy are governed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable Indian regulations. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under Indian consumer protection law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited actions include:

  1. Using the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  2. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
  3. Interfering with or disrupting the functionality or security of the platform
  4. Uploading harmful, malicious, or offensive content
  5. Reselling or sublicensing access to the Service without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

By using Zynito, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and materials related to Zynito are owned by Instiqa or licensed to us. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform.

You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or modify any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

  1. You violate any provision of these Terms
  2. You fail to pay subscription fees when due
  3. Required by law or regulatory authorities

Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zynito and Instiqa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
