Simple pricing for team and client communication software

Zynito Chat is structured communication software for teams, businesses, and agencies. It replaces fragmented email threads and group chats with organised channels, file sharing, threads, mentions, and cross-workspace collaboration, all in one workspace.

No credit card is required to start Zynito Chat. Chat Pro includes a 14-day free trial that activates without any payment details.

When your Chat Pro trial ends, your workspace downgrades to the Free plan automatically if no payment method is added. If you selected Chat Pro at signup, you will be prompted to add a payment method to continue. No data is lost, and you can upgrade at any time.

Zynito Chat supports both internal team communication and external client collaboration. Teams can organise conversations into structured channels, control who can access each channel, and keep internal conversations separate from client-facing communication.

Zynito Chat provides structured channels that can be organised around clients, projects, departments, or any other area of work. Each channel has its own members and access controls, keeping conversations clearly separated.

Zynito Chat includes External Channel Connections, allowing teams to connect channels with external partners, contractors, or other businesses without adding them as full workspace members. Both workspaces must be on a Pro plan to establish the connection. Each workspace remains independent, with no additional seat cost on either side.

Zynito Chat supports cross-workspace collaboration through Partner Workspaces and External Channel Connections. Both parties need to be on a Pro plan to connect. Each team manages their own workspace independently, and no additional seats are consumed on either side when connecting workspaces.

Zynito Chat allows teams to assign custom display names to partner employees. Clients only see the names and roles you choose to expose, making it suitable for businesses working with external partners or subcontractors while maintaining a consistent client-facing experience.

Zynito Chat Pro is a standalone product and can be purchased independently without Projects. If your team also needs project management, task delivery, time tracking, and client project visibility, Bundle includes both Chat Pro and Projects Pro in one workspace.

Upgrading from Chat Pro to Bundle takes effect immediately and is prorated automatically. Bundle adds Projects Pro to your existing Chat Pro workspace, giving your team task management, time tracking, and client project delivery alongside structured communication. Bundle is priced at a discount compared with purchasing Chat Pro and Projects Pro separately, with an additional 20% saving on annual billing.

Zynito Chat Pro uses seat-based billing. You purchase seats upfront and assign them to team members. Seats added during a billing cycle are charged on a prorated basis. Removing seats takes effect at the start of the next billing period. Annual billing is available at a 20% saving compared with the monthly rate.
