This is a messaging comparison, so keep two differences in mind. Slack Pro also includes Lists, Canvases and unlimited apps, while project management in Zynito comes with Zynito Projects, not Chat Pro. And Slack charges only for members who were active in the past 28 days, while Zynito charges for the seats you buy. Extra Zynito seats can be added at any time with a prorated charge, and reductions start with the next billing period.

- Security controls: SAML-based SSO is available on Slack Business+, and higher plans add further compliance controls. Zynito does not currently offer SAML-based SSO.
- Maturity and familiarity: Slack is an established product that many teams and clients already know.
