Simple pricing for agency project management software

Zynito Projects is project management software built for agencies and service businesses. It helps teams manage tasks, deadlines, client access, time tracking, timesheets, and project delivery from one workspace, replacing the need for separate project management and timesheet tools.

No credit card is required to start Zynito Projects. Projects Pro includes a 14-day free trial that activates without any payment details.

When your Projects Pro trial ends, your workspace downgrades to the Free plan automatically if no payment method is added. If you selected Projects Pro at signup, you will be prompted to add a payment method to continue. No data is lost, and you can upgrade at any time.

Zynito Projects is designed for agencies managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Teams can organise work by project, assign tasks, set deadlines, control client visibility into delivery, and monitor progress across all active projects from one workspace.

Zynito Projects includes client access and visibility controls, allowing agencies to give clients access to the tasks, progress, and project information relevant to them while keeping internal agency work, team conversations, and sensitive information private.

Zynito Projects Pro includes built-in time tracking and timesheets, allowing team members to record time against project work and giving agencies visibility into delivery effort and billable hours without a separate timesheet tool.

Zynito Projects supports Partner Workspaces, allowing agencies to collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, contractors, and specialist teams on shared projects while controlling their permissions, task visibility, and access to client-facing information. Partner company employees added to your workspace are billed as seats under your Projects Pro subscription.

Zynito Projects allows agencies to assign custom display names to partner employees, supporting white-label project delivery. Clients only see the names and roles the agency chooses to expose, making it suitable for agencies working with subcontractors or offshore delivery teams while maintaining a consistent client-facing experience.

Zynito Projects Pro includes built-in project chat for collaboration within each project. If your agency needs full structured channel-based communication across teams and clients, Bundle includes both Projects Pro and Chat Pro in one workspace.

Upgrading from Projects Pro to Bundle takes effect immediately and is prorated automatically. Bundle adds Chat Pro to your existing Projects Pro workspace, giving your agency structured channel-based communication alongside project management, time tracking, and client collaboration. Bundle is priced at a discount compared with purchasing Chat Pro and Projects Pro separately, with an additional 20% saving on annual billing.

Zynito Projects Pro uses seat-based billing. You purchase seats upfront and assign them to team members. Seats added during a billing cycle are charged on a prorated basis. Removing seats takes effect at the start of the next billing period. Annual billing is available at a 20% saving compared with the monthly rate.
